Processing & Production Times


All City Prints orders are made to order using third-party print partners. Orders typically enter production shortly after being placed. Production times may vary depending on the product type, destination, and current demand.


Shipping Carriers


We ship worldwide using a range of shipping carriers. The carrier used may vary depending on destination, service availability, and the best available delivery option at the time of dispatch.


Delivery Estimates


Delivery timeframes shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, and peak seasonal periods.


Tracking


Where available, we will provide tracking details once your order has been dispatched. In some cases (depending on destination and service level), tracking may be limited or unavailable.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes


For international orders, your local customs authority may apply duties, import taxes, or handling fees. These charges are not included in our prices unless explicitly stated at checkout, and are the responsibility of the customer.


Customs processing times may also affect delivery estimates.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address


Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.


Undeliverable & Returned Parcels


If a parcel is returned to us (or to our fulfilment partner) due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or unpaid customs charges, we will review the case and determine what options are available. Any refund issued may exclude shipping costs and/or return handling fees.


Lost or Delayed Orders


If your order has not arrived within 15 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact the shipping carrier first to request an update. If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, contact us at support@cityprints.co and we will assist where possible.


Delivered But Not Received


If tracking shows an order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbours, and any safe place locations, and contact the carrier directly for delivery confirmation. If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact us and we will review the case.


Damaged Packages or Items


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@cityprints.co with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. For more details, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
